Please Note :
	Registration is mandatory for all participants.
	The registration fee for delegate includes delegate kit, admission to the scientific session, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunches/ dinner.
	Spouse / Accompanying Person registration entitles Inauguration function, lunches and dinner.
	The category of accompanying person includes only spouse, children & other dependent family members.
	PG students must furnish documentary evidence (certificate from the head of the department) along with the registration form.
	Delegate kit is not assured to spot registrations.

Cancellation Policy

Written request for cancellation must reach the conference secretariat by 20th August, 2008 and 25% of the registration fee will be deducted towards processing charges. Refund of registration fee will be made only against written request submitted to the conference secretariat.
